Arrivals exceeding this window may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation, with the full service fee remaining applicable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All bookings are secured upon payment and are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule or transfer an appointment date are considered at the artist’s discretion and are strictly subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that the artist must cancel your appointment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of makeup services and the time reserved exclusively for each client, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services have been booked or rendered.

Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Any concerns regarding your service must be communicated during the appointment to allow for immediate adjustments. Once the service is completed and the appointment has concluded, changes or corrections cannot be accommodated.
