Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposit is taken for all trial bookings, group bookings, party bookings and bridal bookings to secure your appointment.
If you would like to confirm the booking for your wedding day or other occasions, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. This will be deducted from your final payment.
If you cancel your booking/trial your full deposit will be non refundable. This is due to other appointments being turned down for the particular date/time you will have booked.
After the initial deposit paid you have 7 days cooling off period whereby you may cancel your booking however if after the cooling off period elapses the remainder must be paid in full, regardless if you cancel.

COVID 19
To all my lovely customers,
A lot of you guys have messaged asking what the policy for any existing paid deposits is, at the time of booking for any Party Hair & Make Up or Bridal you will have received a message with how to pay the deposit which also advises that the deposit is non refundable.
However due to the current climate and issues we have all been facing, I have decided to let my customers transfer their deposit to another later date of choice as long this is available I am more than happy to accommodate.
There is no time frame for this and dates can be requested up to next year also.
