Any adjustments must be requested during the appointment. Changes cannot be made once the service is completed.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the full service fee still applying.
All bookings are non-refundable. Date transfers are at the artist’s discretion and subject to availability. If the artist cancels, a full refund will be issued.
All sales are final. No refunds are provided once services are booked or completed.
